Macbook Air Case question by ejjunior11: My cat spilled water on my MacBook. Will it survive?
I have the white unibody MacBook since January. Today my cat spilled less than a quarter of a glass of water on the keyboard. When I found out I immediately turned it off. I unplugged it and tried to dry it with towels and a hair dryer with cool air. Then I removed the bottom case and used the hair dryer again. t After about two hours I tried to turn it on with battery. When I pressed click with one finger, it was like pressing the secondary click, and the volume down button became crazy. I didn’t wanted to try anymore so I took a box with rice and a desktop fan taking air out of the box. I decided to wait about 24 or 48 hours before trying to turn it on again. The only thing is that I can’t remove its battery. What else should I do?

Macbook Air Case question by Irina L: Macbook Air–what do i need to buy “with it”?
So i’m getting a macbook air, i love the slick look, and i need something light and comfortable to carry. My question is what, if anything, do i need to buy with it?
I just use it for work (I’m a law student), so I don’t care about movies/ music/ etc. All I need is for it not to crash on me, and for all my documents to be recovered in case something does happen. What do you guys suggest? They’re offering a diff. processor, hard drive, superdrive… I don’t need any of that stuff, right?
What about the protection plan–is it worth it?
Also, is there “Word” or something pre-installed on there?
p.s. should i buy it at apple store or on amazon–taxes, shipping, etc?
People who know nothing about it–please don’t leave your answers here. Answers such as “it breaks easily” are not helpful–i mean, the laptop hasn’t come out yet, where are you getting this from?
