Apple MacBook Air

I want one with good portability but normal size. Here’s what I need one for:
-Doing homework
-playing sims 3 (when its out)
-going online and shoping online
-listening to music
Etc.

Here’s what kind I want:
-sony vaio cs in pink (the smooth one not the easy2grip one
-a macbook air
-an hp laptop
-a toshiba

So what kind should I get and whyyy??? And why?
-also I probably won’t get a mac since its too much $$$
